In the light of the measures announced or envisaged by Health Protection Scotland to combat the Coronavirus (COVID 19) pandemic, and given that the health and welfare of students is my primary concern, I have reluctantly concluded that the safest course of action is to suspend all yoga classes and therapy sessions until further notice. This specialised 12-week course is designed for people with chronic/recurring non-specific discomfort in the lower back. It is an innovative, evidence-based approach which has been shown to improve back health and function.

The small group classes are on Thursdays from 19:00 – 20:15 in Kilmardinny House Art Centre, Kilmardinny Avenue, Bearsden G61 3NN. The next course begins on 19 March 2020.

The course has been validated by the University of York and Arthritis Research UK and aims to provide long term benefits by helping people to get back to being more active.
